I cordially invite you to Angien's Ferry on Day 152 of Year 14, server time 17:00. The theme of the evening will be: Mirrors and Reflections. Bring any prepared entertainment on this theme: Examples could be a poem, story, art, music, research speech etc. I will prepare some things also in case they are needed. We will feast and fight until the early hours, perhaps even blessing the combat of the evening with mirror magic if those that have it will cast. Please ensure that all the entertainment prepared is MD related and in good taste. There may be rewards if there are any outstanding contributions. Sushi Posted August 14, 2019 Report Share Posted August 14, 2019 (edited) I prepared & recorded a little performance for this event a while ago, but I’m not sure if this event will continue in the near future so just want to share with you guys here before I completely forget/delete it~ Spoiler (As a quirky geisha/enchantress in MD she loves to entertain her friends with art and music etc, can’t find the three strings “shamisen” but acoustic guitar can do the job :P)///Mirrors & Reflections///This beautiful lake is like a mirror, and the sound of waves/nature can soothe me and help me achieve the meditative state. I believe we can see ourselves more clearly with peaceful mind. Imagine people sitting side by side on the dock, dipping feet in water, watching the waves come and go... Scene: Angien’s Ferry (added 6 layers of waves for the animated Gif) Music: Green Grass of Tunnel by Múm (acoustic cover + lake ambience) PS: It’s pretty short coz I can’t handle the full song, so I just played some easy but beautiful parts and changed it a bit.
