uploading avatar pics

I am drawing my avatar and need assistance in modifying the jpg file so it meets the specs for MD.  Can anyone help me with this?  I am making the image full size, scanning to create a digital file.  then what?

You should go to your stats page, click "upload avatar" and follow the instructions. :)
