In order to honor the new Shogun, a number of festivals and celebrations are held
Consualia is a festival in honor of the Roman god Consus, who is the god of counseling and protector of the harvest while it is in storage. This festival was to ensure that he protected their harvest, and there were a number of feasts and offerings given.
Nefertem was the Egyptian goddess of the sunrise, and was honored in the city of Memphis.
