People dwell in sanctuaries, in much larger numbers.
Some sanctuaries have better strategic location regarding the exploitation of the resources (like Ravenhold has now with woodcutting and herb gathering shared tools), which creates crowds on different places, towns sort to speak

Perhaps there will be some new rules, regarding the possession of tools, which will give some base for possible conflicts (finally!) between different factions.

Such gatherings will give opportunity for more events, competitions, contests, made by players, to work more efficiantly than they were already.
Marketplaces might be made on the spot...
