Days of Disturbance could take place on the 6th and 18th of every month. During these days no place would be allowed to be Santuarires. Its attack all no matter where they hide. Let me know if this would be to complicated to implement or any other opinions the Community may have. What I suggest is to completely remove the idea of shelters for a day. P.S. I would really like it if people who voted would state why the said yes or no.
