So all of the items i have equipped have 0% integrity now. Does this have a negative impact on them? I couldn't find any way to repair them, and I can't buy more of them at the shop.

What is the deal with the integrity?

Hmm... I think you're making a mistake, Integrity isn't shown in percents. I think it just says /0, no clue what it exactly means though..

(Effectiveness is shown in percents, but I don't believe it changes, I've only seen it at 70%)

You are right, I shouldn't have had the % sign. My question remains the same though, because when i buy the items it says /50, /100, etc.
