To keep this thread clean please only post saying you are interested if you meet the requirements. Meaning only if you are between 200 and 400 AD. I gotta figure that it might be helpful to list your playername and AD in your "application" post, like Eagle suggested.

Should isnt must surely? I would have said that should is less stronger than must and therefore means it doesn't matter entirely.
