Final statement by Mur, Archived here after being removed from the code in MD:

    dst vs Fenrir Greycloth

      Case Details:
Dst accuses Fenrir of repeated verbal abuse, lying, slander and threats against her.
Fenrir accuses Dst of provoking him and doing that to other people too.

      Judges Opinion:
Considering I personally know one of the trial participants, the case will be judged by a jury to avoid any kind of influence on the final decision. The previous crimes of the accuser and the accused should not be considered when judging this case. Also this is not a popularity contest or a "who do we like more" decision. Please analyze the facts and the proof submited by both sides before taking any decision. The individual interview with each of the jury members allows you to say your honest opinion without having to tag one or the other as guilty or not guilty.
      Jury:

A jury will be selected by Mur and each individual jury member will be interviewed to determine a detailed opinion about the case and not just a simple guilty/not guilty vote. The interviews will be conducted by Grido and Mur. The jury identity will be kept secret untill the trial ends, but will be revealed after.
      Witnesses:

Witnesses should present their statement as proof for the case. They should also be available for any kind of questioning _if needed_. They will not be questioned if not needed and their statement should be sent in for the trial by themselves not by anyone else.
      Final Decision or Punishment
      Fenrir found guilty as charged.
      dst found innocent.

Fenrir sentenced to one month in jail counted from the day of his return accompanied by a tag and description removal.

      Global Influence on MD
People fight, a lot, and putting an official punishment on personal argues between people will have a bad outcome on the long run. This case might set a precedent regarding the level of personal fights that can be considered a punishable act.

      Collected proof:

Because of the large volume of information, the proof and the statements of each trial participant will be included in a separate file. Jury is requested to carefully review all of the attached info before making any comments on the matter.
      Dst version
Dst accuses, proof, screenshots and comments on the events

Calls Chewett as a witness, and anyone else that wants to.

Considering that he desires it ... 30 days for himself and all those bones and all lands loyalty ... that would be a holiday.
