:) So I was trying to explain to someone where the live help button is, and it's not there. Is this a bug, format change? Is it just me or does someone else also see this. I did refresh the page and check again.

lol, guess it's not the first time that happened. Funny thing that was like verbatim :)

Maybe I should clarify; I noticed this a long time ago at one point. Right after I posted the topic, Wodin came over and told me that it's not a bug and the button disappears when there aren't any LHOs online.

EDIT: ah, I posted this before I saw your edited post. :D Verbatim! I feel a sudden bond.
