how do i get better/rare creatures?

i just hit mp5 and i see so many people with much better and rarer creatures than me, but i can't find them in any of the places i go looking to recruit, how do i get them?

some are in places that are very hard to reach and very hard to recruit

others can only be bought from the shop or won by doing quests

you can also trade creatures with other players

some creatures can be created by combining resources
