Is the power stat divided and give to every creature in ritual or only the creature that use power?

Is the power stat divided and give to every creature in ritual or only the creature that use power?

for example, I have 1 elemental, 1 archer in ritual....

100% of my power stat will go to the elemental or only 50%>>???

The power stat is divided in between your 6 creatures.

But as its such a powerful skill the % value is capped at 20% (or i think it was 22%, cant remember)
