It is easier to search for someone that acts up frequently if you post about them in a forum than it is to look at their player log, cause half the time the player log gets modified or deleted or something. And it's easy to just search by typing the username in. And makes noticing repeat offenders easier to nitice. But should be only people that Moderate chats that can see offenders because of the context of recording what people say when they are banned or whatever etc.
