During the past few weeks I've walked into the PC several times to find it empty except for some confused new players. Sometimes there is not even a Live Help button on the right because there are no LHOs online! I'm not sure what's going on, but I'll try to spend more time there - hopefully some others will as well.

I have tonight been informed of something which saddens me. In the steps leading up to Phantom Orchid being promoted to LHO (Promoted 18-Sep-2011) she sold an exploit to a player (for a rip-off price as well) - this happened in the period of time between my enquiring opinions from current LHOs for the basis of her promotion, and the act of promoting itself. The exploit/bug itself isn't overly serious, it's been known about for a while and not so much abusable, the issue stands that she was at the time trying out to be an LHO, and then became one. There is now a new (as opposed to the old one) timetable of LHOs on duty at the bottom of the LHO Treasury page. The page can be reached by clicking the "Treasury" button at the top of the page, between "MDNP" and "Search", at which point a new screen appears where you can click to go on the LHO Treasury page. The timetables will be updated per necessity, and list which LHO is meant to be on duty at any given time and day. The timetables are clearly marked in the top left corner of them as to if they refer to the Paper Cabin(PC), or Marble Dale Park(MDP). Please, please do some changes to the Live Help Button! We have a bunch of LHOs form all over the world, and at elast one is active almost any time of the day, yet half the messages get answered a lot slower than possible, or not at all. Please just change the update procedure for the Live Help Button so that it searches for an online, not idle, LHO when the button is actually clicked, and not when the page is refeshed! I've been logged out since 9am, and got a Help Request at 10am, simply because the person who had a question had last refreshed the screen around 9 am, while i was still active and wandering the forest, so instead of getting an instant answer from one …

My Fellow Live Help Operators....and Grido X D Please let players know who send you Help Requests the following: Do not go through the Maze in the MDA Lands to GG. It is closed from the inside. Those who have spells of transportation have limited casts and they are tired of rescuing players who do go there. It is my own opinion that if GG is closed then one of the following would make sense: a. Close the Exit at Mt Kelletha so at least the maze is still open. b. In a show of full-disclosure, Kriskah recently donated some silver to me which i have distributed to those players who have *'s meaning that they are either Live Help, or Dojo staff, i have distributed that amount amongst them, and to be clear i have kept none for myself. This will be a semi-regular thing that happens, and as the amount of LHO's increase it may be that not all of the LHO's will be able to be donated to, in which case those seen as doing the most help will be the ones rewarded.

Could a Moderator help me out? I saw this game many months back and tried to play it.... Didnt understand it and stoped, and now i want to play it again. But... I would like to use the same username as i used before: Lozober. thats my account and i know the password, but the choices that i made are so messed up that i would like to start over. Could any GM reset my char for me plz(i never battled with someone thats non-NPC)? tyvm

for those who do not know myself and Clock Master got LHO status anyway, i'm here to make a plea for Lord Corg to be one aswell, cause he was in GG for training longer then us 2 and he is really helpful, i guess his problem was that he was unable to stay long online cause of his children (kids can make some problems ) and i would like to ask, can he get some quick testing at least if you people havent noticed him...? anyway i'd like to post this screenshot thx anyway at least for hearing me out... the paper cabin has always been the starting point, easy to access and can be entered by all. the starting point at the ivory tower is a little difficult, most LHOs cant get to it and opening it up to Just them, will result in a mad, needless rush to become a LHO, i wish to be enlightened on this subject come on we cant let jonn do all the work
