i hav twice used burst in berserker way (i think thats the rightname) but neiher time did i recieve the ve boost. both times i checked the regen counter so it was not due to negligence...

1. Try refreshing, the regen counter tends to lag, the VE value might not have adjusted yet
2. Clear cache, another burst, and another refresh

This has happened to me on occasion, I burst, someone attacks, and I find that I just had my full Ve. After refreshing multiple times I find I have 3 minutes left or something of the sort, I could not have regenned. But it's happened only a handful of times and I didn't really care to worry about it.

well like u said.. since sum1 attacked u and u would have lost the fight and lost all you vit...
