I Can't Send Pm's!

i got this message when i tried to reply to a pm

"You are temporary restricted from sending pms due to exceeded limits, please try again later."

how long is later?

why am i restricted?

sorry if this has already been asked/answered but i did take a quick look and couldn't see a question like this in the forums already

You are only allowed to send a certain number of pm's at a time try logging out and back in that should fix the problem
