Confusing Token

If owner has x principle it increases[...]by the value of this principle, otherwise it increases[...]double the value of the principle but lowers[...]by same (changed description to prevent spoilers, only changes are "x" and "[...]")

So, to me, it looks like it says: If you have x principle, then you get something increased, but if you don't have x principle, then you get something increase by the value of x principle and something decreased by the same value.

If you don't have the principle, wouldn't that make it 0? And if it's 0, then isn't that whole last part redundant? Or am I just understanding it wrong?

yeah, i just remembered i've been meaning to post about this too for a long time - since the drain principles thing messed up my principles and i lost darkness, my creats get from darksky 0 stats and lose 0 stats, which kinda defeats the purpose of the token - maybe it should be if you don't have darkness, then get stat increase and another stat decreased based on another principle (light?) or your highest/lowest other principle or something

ps - maybe this should be moved to bug reports
pps - is there any way of losing a principle completely in order to gain another? :blush:

if you're referring to the mp6 drop to mp5 thing, yeah, that's clear, but i doubt that would work if you already have 5 principles at max - even if you max a 6th one, you would somehow need to decrease one of the other 5 before dropping in order to keep the 6th - that'd rather be the question, if you can decrease a principle somehow, in order to have the rare darksky token actually do something
