Md_Avatar Returning Path

I think that the md avatar funciton should have the ability to return a path to be used in specific image layouts

This would allow better customisation of showing the avatars without using javascript to modify it

Examples would be to have it as a table or div background

Wouldn't that kind of kill the point Mur had in hiding them?
