you are offering nice Angiens, and because this observation apparently
people are afraid of start bid, so as I am concerned, could I suggest that you put a minimum starting bid?...

Personally, 1G would be a decent choice as the minimum bid, but you don't need him to say so. Just bid, if he says it's too low, then it is. Even after the auction is over, you can just pm him and negotiate another price, assuming he didn't sell already.
