phantasm Posted August 18, 2010 Report Posted August 18, 2010 I am contracting a picture for an Item to be drawn. I want it to be in proper size and format. Below is the description. I want it in color and as close to description as possible. Please feel free to contact me here, forum pm, or in game. Caretaker's Spade: A small shovel with the Caretakers symbol carved from bone inlaid into the handle. A mist of darkness swirls around it when held by a Caretaker. Could kill someone if used right..*cough*..used wrong.
apophys Posted August 19, 2010 Report Posted August 19, 2010 I've got a grayscale drawing done. I'll try to color it. What do you think of it? [attachment=1925:Untitled.jpg]
Mr Mystery Posted August 19, 2010 Report Posted August 19, 2010 The caretaker symbol is on the wrong end btw. Its suppose to be in the handle, not the digging end.
phantasm Posted August 19, 2010 Author Report Posted August 19, 2010 correct mystery, the handle also needs to be wider
Poppi Chullo Posted August 19, 2010 Report Posted August 19, 2010 (edited) That's a neat work Apo, if i may give some input.. You don't have to draw it as a conventional shovel, make it more smaller, easy to handle, a "killer" shape for the digging end, try to add a little bit "dangerous" appeareance, ..well..if i'm wrong and missed Phan's orientation, then forgive me... Check this modern type one, you may improve and give some modification so getting closer to MD type, it looks scary already : http://tf2wiki.net/w/images/1/1b/Shovel_IMG.png Edited August 19, 2010 by Poppitz Resurrection
phantasm Posted August 24, 2010 Author Report Posted August 24, 2010 bump again. I am paying a very generous price for a well drawn up, properly sized for the upload picture.
