Used to be able to go to this area without spending 81 AP for every zone change.

So the question is, is the AP requirement there to avoid ppl going there or some reason?

    The AP requirement was changed because the King of the Tribunal chose to make it so.

    You can go in if you want to, but I doubt there'll be much for you to see when you get there.

    And just so you know, leaving doesn't take as much as going in.
