Today is my first full day back at w*rk, from I started getting daily migraines. Mixed feelings about it.

Made cumin flatbread, sushi rice & mixed veg for lunch for that w*rk thing tomorrow. Also made poppy & seasme seed flatbread to nibble on.

Have come across something with my migraines. Since i started eating only homemade bread this week, my sickness is no more. (no yeast)

It may also be soemthing in the bread. Not necessarily Glutens or Yeast, but the "natural perservatives". Awesome that you've discovered a potential cure though!!

Neuro visit went okay. got another nerve block done today with a different drug. Also a script for a few diazepam. Will be called back in 4-5 weeks to see him again. Migraines now classed as "Refractory Chronic Migraine".
