As the title says, improvised rain collector ( ID: 60305 ) wasn't working today on Siege Crest (1_ -5x-2_1)

 

While it was raining i tried to collect water and got the message that you can't collect water indoors. (Siege Crest is definitely not indoors though ). 

 

I apologize for not checking at that moment on another scene, when i realized i should it stopped raining.
