A spell that when cast would remove all magic effects (movelock, mirroritual, illusions, etc) from the target and prevent them from having magic effects cast on them for the duration. Would be useful as "counterplay" for things such as movelock spam or escaping lockinchaos more easily.

While I would support that, I believe it could get OP (or annoyingly abusable) fairly easily, especially if it prevents negative effects from being applied to the target for a set duration after they are removed.

It would be very underwhelimg and frustrating to dispel movelock or attacklock and then instantly come under the effects agian.

Would be interesting, however I think it would be more balanced if it would lower the duration of current effects by half and prevent new effects being applied for some duration.
