I just did some messing around

 

If you scroll down before opening a popup and then upon closing the popup it is still scrolled donw then they will all be bumped upwards a slight amount until you refresh the page

    You know I use chrome and I have not encountered any of these problems.


    Its to do with some of the link ingame using anchors and breaking things, its quite possible you dont do what is needed to trigger it but I have encountered it enough.
