I started the game recently and was just wondering, is there a max on your Principles?

There is. At least for now.

From murky and unreliable memory, I think the cap is a value around 2000.

EDIT: a cap on principles is unconfirmed, although there is one on how much you can gain in storymode (200)

when principles go over 200 you cannot advance them in story mode. but i think you can still advance them by sacraficing

Then there isn't a cap for saccing? n_n; I think this was the thing I was thinking about, although I added another digit and applied it to saccing, not storymode. I did say my memory was unreliable and murky

Well this is not true.. I don;t think there are principle limits.. Theese are mine:

Element Principle = 1111.89

Transposition Principle = 2624.31

Darkness Principle = 32.76

Principle of Cyclicity = 1798.57

Principle of Balance = 62.26
