What changes must be made to a digital copy of an artwork to make it A25 friendly? (e.g. file format, resolution, size, transparency rules, etc.)

After an A25 image is uploaded and approved what are the rules of resizing its resolution as it appears ingame?

 

A25 image rules are same as the item upload rules apart from a few differences:

Item image rules:

Images must be 80x80 px, png, alpha transparency, 8-bit, max 30kb
Background should be transparent as in the sample imageDownload sample source file, edit with fireworks or photoshop, export as transparent png.

The differences are, is the image may be any size, and can be up to 35kb

What do you mean by this? You just upload a new image if you want to change its size surely?

If I upload a really big image for something that would be much smaller in the scene is it possible to scale it down using the A25 interface?
