OOOoookay so I've been basically been hanging out in lands to get land loyalty because unfortunately it appears Im VERY slow in getting items for myself. Basically getting things like a bucket for water, reality fenths grabber.. etc.. Now according to someone who indeed HAS matched such a requirement of Land loyalty can't use the item because they MUST be a citizen. I just confirmation if this is true or not so I can determine if I should even bother when I'll yield nothing in return.

As far as I know, being a citizen is not a MUST.

It's true you need a minimum land loyalty to grab said tool yourself, but you might also ask someone who meets said requirement to grab the tool for you.

If you want the buckets from Marind Bell capitol, you cannot have them, as they are restricted to MB citizens. The only buckets available for all are in MDA archives. In Loreroot there are tools that are restricted to citizens, but also items for everybody with enough loyalty; same for GG

The tools available for someone with no loyalty to anything are rather limited - and incentive to join a land; each land has some sort of monopoly over some resources.
