Energetic immunity:

If you become member of a territory and a guild you will start to regenerate vitality on frioendly land and loose vitality on enemy land. Energetic immunity will act as a defence against land damage. Spell damage is also under the influence of this modifier. However, this property will make you less aware of certain bonuses and powerup auras as well.

Not sure if it's Implemented in Exactly the way you suggest, but darned if it isn't Close...

Energetic immunity isn't a defence against power i think.

True, I'm not Positive it works that way either, but If nothing else your Idea could be Added onto this Skill I think...

I can definately say Energetic Immunity works in this aspect ---> "Energetic immunity will act as a defence against land damage...."

As for defending against the other portion... the fights and magic side, I haven't looked into that yet.

First only 20% can be stolen not 40%

second no energetic immunity does not protect against life stealers as i would get beaten alot if it did
