Unlimited Jail time - Blackshade Rider

BR was jailed for _undefined time_. This could be equivalent of ban, if he really doesn't care anymore and never asks his situation to be revised.

To summarize the situation as short as possible: he had an argument with Chew (many over the time actually), and felt cheated and unappreciated for his work and efforts, so he decided to go crazy abusing everyone he considered verbally and in public. I was unable to determine if there was any truth behind his claims because his reaction made every potential investigation meaningless. My guess would be that due to frustration, anger, bad management of his public relations, and combined other reasons that made him decide to quit MD anyway, he took it all out on someone of authority that was not me, so who else if not Chew. 

Chew assembled a council to discuss his situation, because it was a conflict of interests to judge him directly for his actions. I was considered a sort of friend of BR because it seemed publicly that i always took his side, even if it was not so. I took sides with all people that i felt they are missunderstood or had much more potential than they trust, but apparently this made many think they have the right to behave like shit to others. I never saw any of his cursing episodes myself before, and i thought he is a good guy. Maybe he is, but tried really hard to show he is not this time.

After reading the council debate on the subject, and seeing BR reaction and language in the logs and directly in chat, i decided to jail him. Initially the jail time was not something i wanted to decide, but because BR said he wants his account banned, deleted or burned in the pits of hell, i decided to jail it permanently. At this moment i am not sure if there is anything at all that could bring that account back from jail, but time will tell. If he really wants to leave MD, nobody stops him to stop using his account and let it be pruned over time.
