I just got this for the 3rd time in the voting area:

instead of REQUEST_URI, we could show absolute URL via:
but what if its https:// or other protocol?

SERVER_PORT_SECURE doesn't seem to be used
SERVER_PORT logic would break if they use alternate ports

It dosen't always happen when I vote. Happened the first time after I voted, second time after I opened the vote page again, and 3rd time after I voted on a different link.
