Payment By Phone

I just used the payment by phone and I got the "Error" page, saying that I entered an invalid code. I am 100% sure I placed the right code, I have absolutely no doubt about it, I checked it 3 times before clicking the "Ok" button. I tried a second time, but to endure my frustration, got the same Error message again!
Some help on this matter would be very apreciated, the sooner the better.
