For you my blood will shed.. Because you have cared for me everyday.. And always listened to what i have to say.. Intrigue: Lonely Tree, Lonely Tree, Are ye still alone as I sit by Thee? Watch those who pass along the road, Naught of thought of you or me. Kouros: Ancient Tree both tall and broad, Full of leaf, flower and fruit, Cool shade and refreshing dew, What wisdom did you hold? Secrets of power ripe for plucking Withered now and twisted of limb Barren and blighted by power unknown, What will it take to renew your vigour? Daily we care for you begging and pleading Show leaf, show flower, show any sign at all That one day you’ll be green again Proud, and straight, and tall. Khalazdad: Tree, tree of life, Loreroot’s avatar and sigil, Survivor of droughted strife, Standing such a lonely vigil. Guarded by these mortal men, Sleeping, smoking, telling stories, Of distant woodsmen, Kith and Kin, Harkening to faded glories. Sleep well, sapling of old mother, Slumber in peaceful contemplation, In this, the age of Sister and Brother, Safe from evil and isolation. Guarded by these mortal men, Harkening to faded glories. Kouros and Tzaroth747: Bob, noble Tree, lonely but not alone, You stand as a silent sentinel, and gather about you strange creatures of beauty, A mix, each on their own of a different make, But all sharing a similar love, a common purpose, You, most worthy, to you we devote our affection, our kindness, our protection, Water, and nuts, and hugs, and fertiliser, And other nice things, all of these we shower upon you, As we both walk along with busy plans, Or stop to stand and admire your quiet beauty, Friends, you have, friends enough to make the enemies keep their distance, Ever aware of our staunch vigilance, Fear not, great Tree, For your protectors are watching. Ledah: Burn, Bob,burn! I really wanna watch Zlei yearn, As he realises tis all for naught, And you’re your ashes in an Urn. Purple, green or orange fire, I’ll make you into a Sacred Pyre! I really wanna burn you, Bob, Burn, burn, burn =D Z: Bobby is my favorite Tree By his side I love to be and when he blooms excitedly I often faint with pure glee! Some thought that tree was surely dead From it's protectors they often fled Protectors shot them in the head Hide the bodies...garden shed... Oh Bob the Tree you are divine you have a new friend in Aqune who'll help us conquer Dst now wouldn't that be lov-el-y Edited June 19, 2011 by (Zl-eye-f)-nea link to song broke, fixed it Watcher and Asterdai 1 1 Quote

Blackwoodforest Posted June 26, 2009 Report Posted June 26, 2009 (edited) For a actual reason: --------------------------------------- Blooming days Once there was a lonely tree, guarded by his friends, thats we. A guardian left to brief his mind, has left another guard behind. Then there came a smirkingly clown, her feet had baby coffins us there shown; tried to harm the wooden friend; but the guard a message sent. He called for help the other guards, The came swiftly with strong arms. The villain had at least not choice, just break it up and make some noise. To say a thank to his guard, The wooden friend gave him reward. He bloomed for him in all his glory, This day wont be forgotten ,don’t you worry. ----------------------------------- By Blackwood Edited June 26, 2009 by Blackwoodforest Asterdai and Watcher 1 1 Quote

(Zl-eye-f)-nea Posted November 17, 2009 Author Report Posted November 17, 2009 From Asterdai Entwined in The Weave The Great Spirit, The World Tree, the vast forest of the life and the song woven in its roots are you and me, there is a feeling here, its where we belong wandering this forest, trees tower above alone now, i am keeping you near i may lose my way but never your love in my heart now, i have nothing to fear we will allways be together, though you are gone in this vast forest of our life and our song. Phantom Orchid Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 (edited) A Memory Against Forgetting He gave me his hand, this old tree blooming between forked branches, leafless and fruitless. His hand that unbound, while it wrote, the weave of a destiny: the days and the months and the years. Time scribbled in his face, wayward, meager, as if to dispose all of the lines and signs of his birth, until, little by little, the air would construct what it saw and establish it there. Long lines where the depths were, complementing chapters for the years of his face, dazzling symbols, and equivocal fables, asterisks- whatever the shadows forgot in the old isolation of spirit, or dropped from the sky and the stars, was scored in his face. Olden and bardic, with pen never fixed on the river that spills through our life or the nameless ones who attended his verses. Now on his cheekbones the whole of the mystery charted in cold revelations: the little unvarying slights of the forgotten, cut hard on the page of his forehead; and starved as the beak of the majestic winderwild, journeys and waters had shored on the dearth of his nose their shadowed calligraphy. If only I I could summon the blaze in the cinder, a flower in the hands of a poet. Now his clothing forsook him, he lived in the void of his clothes. All the bones of his body drew close to his skin and vaulted him upwards: a bone man displayed, a bony procurement, a lessening tree gone to bone, in the end, a poet put out by the scrawl of rain in the unquenchable downpour of time. I left him there, nimble with dying, walking toward death as one who awaited the presence stripped to the bone, like herself, in a darkening path; each by the other, they moved toward a crazy girl's dishevelment, toward the sleep we shall sleep out together, whosoever we are: a woman with a withering flower in her hand, fallen to dust. Edited November 19, 2009 by Phantom Orchid Asterdai and (Zl-eye-f)-nea 2 Quote
Malaikat Maut Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 (edited) Once reasoned men's appeals were lost on me why they should life repeal for such as thee, with fragile limbs so scarce to even bloom, and call thee by such famed non de plume, why one and all their heart's compassion flows as water from their hands in your repose, and how they rationed actions to be good which lessened lives of men to that of wood, but now it is in wisdom that I see that things are sometimes more than what they seem, and now it is in truth that I should know that yours is but a symbol born of hope. Edit: Whether out of coincidence or something more, Bob began to bloom immediately after my recital of this to him. I had always thought Z was crazy... Lord Jaguar Posted May 29, 2011 Report Posted May 29, 2011 (edited) I wrote a ballad about Bob, Enjoy! There once was a tree named Bob, he was much more than a normal log. He was a magical tree, with many gifts you see, he was the best that a tree could be! He sprouted from a seed as small as a bead, his life was a need for all those who believed. Bob was self-made, not of the same essance as a dark Shade. And so now he stands strong, more beautiful than a song. What is his true purpose? We can can only learn it through service. No matter our differences or flaws, protecting Bob is our cause. We stand united in our job; Long live Bob! -Lord Jaguar Edited May 29, 2011 by (Zl-eye-f)-nea Moved to correct thread.
