Evening all, I like to keep an eye on things in the game, especially now that some better players than me unfortunately don't have the time to play MD as actively as me. In the past I've raised concerns about alt abuse, for example what was dubbed "triangle trading" - where you use an intermediary to either transfer items to your alts or otherwise using alts to benefit your main - think using them to win a quest for someone else and have the winner transfer a cut/fee to your main. I usually raise these privately but I've decided to raise this one publicly as I feel there are a few people skirting a bit too close to the margins for my liking - and they keep doing it, despite the consequences I have personally tried to heap on them over the last few years. I believe Aamon is an alt of a player involved in this series of trades, with the spellstones (screenshots attached). Therefore, I am asking for a GM to run an altcheck - I hope I am wrong and I look like an absolute plum, but I have a gut feeling on this one. Most importantly, I feel that Confused Santa is not giving us presents becuase there are naughty players around. I saw this and this looks very naughty. If we punish this maybe we will get our presents.

Surely if we all agree to come together as a community, in one place, one time, with one desire... surely a Christmas miracle will happen! I am sure if we can arrange such a meeting we will get a competent elf this time... but can we do it?

I would definitely tweak the creatures that are given out from it - removing most of the current B&W ones (except the Drach and Scout) - maybe improving the odds of premium crits and adding buildable or generally rarer B&W crits to the pool. Crit slots are tidy, even if just a few every year. Some common RP items, limited to a pool of "usable" ones, so ones needed for the toy chest etc. PS: It should give out an achievement, like the Anni ones we had before - or maybe a collectible coin/ornament etc. instead.

Ah so the quest was just to complete Exuberant Youth! Makes sense now, I never was good at reading comprehension... The issue I have is: My scrapbook was not empty when I last checked It is now It still is I apparently cannot jot down any images in my scrapbook as I have no spare magic paper PS: Looking forward to completing this one, I now require many, many WP's

Just want to make sure I am not being daft, but previously I've been stuck on the second book thawing, figured it was me so left it for a while. I've come back to it now and even though my scrapbook is empty I can't fill it, as I don't have any space. Is anybody else getting any sort of issue? I did try the key reset on all my images, but that doesn't seem to have done anything.

What steps exactly are you taking? Have you From your post it looks like you are but I can't see you getting that item in the MDA logs, but I have no idea if it would show up there. If you don't have the item in your inventory, I don't think the bees work.

Toy Skateboard and I believe the Coffin are the only ones Would be interested to see if the movebind spell works.

Heatveins seem to work... as would killing/reviving someone if you want to count those!

I'll be honest that is somewhat surprising as I was able to get a new account to MP4 in a few hours of playtime without leaving GWI not so long ago. No lifesteal either! It used to take a few weeks to advance to MP4, there should be no need for people to rush through the game...

An interesting topic, it probably was a good idea to split from the old one as it attracted a lot of negativity for some reason! It took me a few hours but I've now read the post, here is my feedback on your proposals. I am not a fan of allowing MP6 to store up infinite amounts of heat. There are quite a few items and other mechanics in the realm that have been balanced around players only being able to hold around 4000 at once - you also already have Erolin devices. I'm also curious as to how it would actually work - would they only have 4000 effective heat for things like combat rewards? If you have so many people actively worshipping you and each spell costs 500 heat to cast you can already cast 8 spells - is it such a problem if some heat is nominally wasted? I just can't understand the purpose behind the change. This is actually interesting. I'm not a particular fan of teleport spells in general, I think a few years back - or maybe even a decade ago, there was some serious talk about removing them but rewards for worshippers performing is something I can get behind. No. For one, combat is not all there is to MD. I understand and have no issue with people helping others raise their Mindpower level, but it should not be done via MP7 or anything like that. The ability to attack MP3 freely has been abused before by people who are trying to help - themselves in that case. As it is, players can easily get to MP4 currently and if they wish to join an alliance can go down that path.
