After seeing what came out with the AI for my book, (btw.. that is shocking...i couldn't be more amazed really..it manages to reach areas of the logic in the book that i didnt write yet , but because they make sense, the AI connects them and reveals new things that are even novelty for myself as the author of that text) I decided that A25 docs could be made INTERACTIVE, meaning that you would explain in your own basic words what quest you want to achive, and the AI would research what tools to use, what code to write, what path to follow etc... imagine that. We will use this forum from time to time to post jobs that we need completing so that we can distribute some of the non-coding tasks. If you want to take a specific task please post saying that you will take the task. here are my plans for recipes for a next depth of items. The 'ingredients' are based on the most abundant items in the realm, sign that their use is either missing or not balanced. Creating these items will consume existing items, and create more complex and functional items, or precursors to even more complex items. I hope to be able to slowly create a path from resource, to more advanced items, and the most advanced items to be consumables requiring several levels of processing, with limited use but extreme power. I am plannign a change regarding the creature recruiting cost. I intend to make cost as a percentage of your total Wi/Ve , not as fixed value. The first one to change is Wi, it will cost like 10 to 70% of your max Wi, like this recruiting costs differently based on player, and is more adapted to how this resource works (it regenerated over time). If you have anything to say about this, write here and i will consider it, and delay or change this as needed, otherwise i will do the change as soon as i have some time for it.

I created some new shard abilities, so that other creature species can benefit from sacrificing crits with shard abilities. I remind you that the "Storage Shard" will not give any sacrificng benefits, it is meant only for shards transfer. Dev edition - will probably be reset later when complete This is how it is supposed to work: Santa in slot 6 gets attack based on how healthy the caster is and how many kills the santa has. Santa has obviously no kills, and also has nothing to do with the attack as it can not attack.. but the attack bonus will become meaningful when an other shard will really piss off Santa and make him viciously attack. Targeting slot 6 makes it possible to use all other crits to place enhancements and modify behaviour of this slot. Some of the old MD scenes have an issue where the clickable images "shift" (typically to the right or left) once they have loaded, causing visible motion in the scene. I am looking (initially) for one unique resource per land, that ideally can be used for buildings. An additional Ideal quality is that each resource will need to be "processed" into a secondary form before it can be used. Please also describe what tools would be used to gather the item, and what would be used to process them. E.g. I will be opening treasuries up to more than just Marind Bell with some notable changes. A treasury can be used to store items and creatures and allowing for alternative storage or a collaborative pool to be used. Taking items/creatures in and out of a storage has no penalty which confers several benefits to totemizing (although should not be used for trading penalty-less). Today I have added in the structure and code to create upgradeable buildings in MagicDuel. These will allow players to pay resources towards a project which will, over time, grow and provide additional functionality. An example of this is a treasury that if properly maintained will grow and allow more items and creatures to be stored. There is a wide range of possibilities with this that I plan to expand this to encompass and I am sure the A25 team can come up with ideas that I have not even considered! I am working on a new interface page, to show corelations between items. I need your help building this page, so here is what i need: Tell me about item corelations ALREADY EXISTING at this moment. So, since my return I have been considering what project to throw my obsessive energies into. On the one hand, I’ve realized that my sweeping Lost Path Adventure clickie quest only encompassed lands that MP3 could reach, and that a Loreroot and a GG quest are begging to be created. On the other hand, those would not address the most pressing need of the realm, that being the dwindling population. You all may be slow-boiling lobsters, but my 8-year absence gives me a disturbing perspective. With the GWI project stalled, it would be premature to try to draw in more players. For full details of what the MD Rework 2021 project is please read the main thread. Overall since we have lost the LHO we have lost some mentorship roles and the ability to shepherd some of the new players more easily. In additional the Gateway Island has been pulled from the sea to move our newbies into the big world of MagicDuel. This has had some excellent work done on it but we can certainly improve it. The aim of this is to first bring up a core group of "LHO's" (to be renamed) to be helping on the island and then moving people towards the mainland. This group will also work with myself and other A25 members to tweak the island a little to improve it…

For full details of what the MD Rework 2021 project is please read the main thread. An economy needs inputs as well as outputs, if you have too few inputs them your system will be starving and not function properly. However if there are not enough outputs there will be less reasons for people to participate in the system and items will accumulate inside the system. A good example currently is that gold and silver is piling up in the MD economy (I believe) as there is less to spend/use it on. Illusions are currently somewhat underused, primarily because they are buggy and have "zeroed" out people's accounts so they have lost everything. There is currently a manual process to backup accounts put into illusions but restoring it is complex and time consuming. Part of the work I plan to be doing on this is stabilising the system so it is easier to use and not likely to break an account.
