Spell Docs

How can I get Spell Docs?

I already know WishShop,but there's another way?

You can't get spell docs in the Wishpoint shop, unless I'm missing something.

The only way to get them was RPCs, and since they're gone, there's no way to get spell docs at the moment, other than Mur.
