awhile back junior made a trade for my shade. 100 for it. he gave me 50 then and said he would give anotehr 50 to me in 2 weeks. well its been way morethan 2 weeks and he hasnt given me shade he has also refused to dend dmik kign his 40 creds and i have asked junior to do it now he will not. i have screen shots of him saying this stuff and i want to take him to court for lieing and refusal of givng me my creds on time. Me - I see you making the deal, what i don't see is a timestamp to see it's been over 2 weeks, nor do i see anything relating to Dmik...

I have print screen from the trade with Redneck with the times and trade terms on it.

Trade terms with Redneck:

From that time passed 17 days already. (trade supposed to be complete after 14 days(from the time that I gave Redneck my Rusty). For each day late there is 1 silver penalty for another 2 weeks. (4 weeks total and only than I can go to court if I wish).
I am not taking this to court because the terms of the trade are still active.



I made contact with Junior and got the following response:

i see no reason for this to be open redneck has received his payment as stated by our deal with no lateness.

are you assuming that i cant? Because like i've said nothing has been done wrong on my behalf, i could have easily wont the trial but my intentions werent to scam redneck and the deal has been completed.

I am not assuming anything. If you provide definitive proof of payment, this case would of course be soon closed.

But with your above response, you are avoiding the question. That is making me suspicious. Can you or can you not prove the deal being completed?

Since you claim innocence and are being so bold as to say there is no reason for this thread to be open, the question shouldn't be hard to answer.

Just so I can understand:

Redneck says Junior was late.
Junior says he was on time.

Is this accurate?

Assuming it is, I find it hard to believe that you were on time with your payment, Junior, considering how long it took to even reply to this topic. In redneck's screenshot (posted on the forums on July 17), you say it will take two weeks. That means July 31 at the latest, not October 4.

So proof of payment, or a statement from redneck saying that he got the payment by July 31, would be a nice thing to have.

my apologies to you apophys if i was ambiguous with my answer. The more appropriate answer is that yes i am capable of proofing that the payment was made. (I have the paypal receipts)

As to you Pip redneck only posted what would help him win a "possible" trial (check the subtitle of this forum section) so i could proof that i was in time with my payment however this isnt a trial now is it and therefore i dont see why if the payment has been done this topic should remain open but hey thats my POV and thought i cleared this up seeing as i no longer really play MD.

Follow-up question: Could you show us your proof?

For example, can you post screenshots of the Paypal receipts, with dates, blacking out any personal info? (sorry but I don't know exactly how Paypal works; I've never used it.)

technically i could however am not the best with posting images etc n a question to you... Why do you wish to see proof?

Either we must see it or Mur must see it for it to be valid. Otherwise it's your word against redneck's.

Because your continued insistence to close it and end the issue only raises more suspicion in my mind. That and your lack of evidence, even though you claim to have it.

Actually judging by this it's Dmik who gets scammed.

Because the credits should have gone to him, not redneck.
