I am updating my alliance page and I have received the following message twice:

On the first occasion, the saving was definitely within the time limit given. I am unsure about the second.

Seeing as you are within alliance this is indeed a strange bug...I suggest you go visit the librarian again to get the alliance page.

If it doesn't work afterwards, then i'm also at a loss of what to do.

If hour didn't expire, no idea. If you're sure that the hour hasn't gone whilst editing, and you get a similar error please make a new topic.
Be certain that the hour hasn't passed though.
