I want to start trail against Redneck.

I made trade with Redneck:
Sold my aged Rusty for 40 game credits. The payment suppose to be completed after 2 weeks. If the payment wouldn't be complete on time one silver coin should be payed by Redneck to me for each late day. (according to the trade 2 weeks late payment is accepted and after I can start trail against him)

So far over [b]5 weeks[/b] passed since transferring my Rusty to Redneck and no payment arrived to my account. Also no silver for delayed payment.


I have print screen with the details of the trade and profs that my part was completed. If there will be more info needed I will be able to provide it as well.

I propose for the next trial mur just looks at all the evidence and makes a punishment

The last trial is utterly pointless as its been so long since it started.

Also: If redneck will not pay the credits, since you cannot make him. What do you suggest should happen?

If he still want to complete the trade he must send 40 credits + 14 penalty silver. (Last date for sending was one week ago)
I will not charge anything else and no punishment needed if he still wish to complete the trade.


If Redneck can not follow the trade terms that he agreed:
He should give me back my Rusty. Also because my Rusty lost a lot of age after transfers there should be additional penalty:
First transfer made on him while he had 210 age 5 weeks ago and if he gets transferred back he will lose even more age...
Also want to note that he was maxed Rusty with over 1,000 wins and good amount of exp.

Silver or other creatures may be considered for the penalty.

Also penalty for not following the trade terms may be considered.

i have told you countless times to go idle at berskers way since i can never find you and like i said i told junior he was in charge ofpayment and thats it i dont give money to people across accounts.

In this case you are in the wrong. You have accepted something and not paid it.

It doesnt matter what Junior has or hasnt done. You need to Start a case against Junior if he hasnt done something you paid for. Otherwise it looks like you are going to be punished.

junior hasnt even paid me my 40creidts and its been serveral months hell i odnt even want to put anythign against him cause nothing will be done he has ripped others off an not just me ill give the drac back plus the silver to dmik the drac only has and less than a mil xp so he can have it bakc plus silver

I can't imagine, you just pay the way you do if you get your own credits, but punch in a different ID and name, choosing the gifting option...

I made the trade with you and not with Junior so you are in charge of the payment and not him and its your own responsibility. If he don't want to pay me its your problem and you should start trial against him - you didn't even do that...

If you knew that he will not pay the credits for 100 percent - you shouldn't make trades with others/me. The responsibility will be on you and not on other people that I can't deal with them. (I can't start trial against Junior because I don't have relation, information and prof that he owns you these credits and he owns you the credits and not me)

As for the credits: at the same day that you told me to stay idle in berskers I did so. But didn't get anything. What is the problem to send the silver to: "Dmik King" ?

From evidence presented in this topic and in the older redneck vs Junior topic, I see that redneck is as much a victim as Dmik. It is clear that redneck had no intention of scamming Dmik.

According to standard procedure as I see it, redneck should pay reparations to Dmik (lateness penalty plus return of $40 value) in this court case, however, Junior should pay the exact same reparations to redneck, in addition to reparations to redneck from the other case (only lateness penalty, not return of $40 value, because the $40 worth would be included within the clone of this case's reparations).

It is Junior's fault that redneck could not hold up his end of the deal, so redneck should not bear the burden of late fees.


Junior could save himself the trouble of a double lateness penalty by paying reparations directly to Dmik; then he would be charged with the lateness penalty of only one case.

apophys, i don't believe you get the idea of Junior having made NO deal with Dmik...

I looked at the previous topic of Redneck against Junior when it was made and unless he added something in late there is nothing stating any arrangement towards Dmik there, and so whilst Junior does owe Redneck credits/whatever that he owes him, there is nothing suggesting he owes Dmik anything (Just as a point of clarity, yes i know that's what Redneck said, but there is nothing shown to prove it). Having looked at the screenshots in this thread it does seem to imply this is the case, but it is still a seperate matter between Redneck and Junior about those credits.

It is not "clear" that Redneck had no intention of scamming Dmik, that is not to say he did intend to scam him, just that there is no clarity either way. To hand control over a transaction to someone else is in my opinion extremely unwise as you will then be held accountable for the other persons actions, as would be implied in this case. For instance, if i said i'd buy a car for "George" and said to him that he could just drive off and i'd go and pay for it, and then i didnt, he'd still be arrested for theft, no matter the arrangement between me and him.

It is not Juniors fault that Redneck could not hold up his end of the deal, it is Rednecks, as he was the person that made the deal which was a seperate transaction to the one with Junior. To treat this as a single arrangement would be the wrong thing to do, as they are not, Junior and Redneck made a deal, Redneck then made a deal with Dmik, according to what Redneck has said in the previous thread he proposed that Junior should send the credits to Dmik instead, which would be the equivalent of transfering credits to another player (in essence Jun sends to Red, Red transfers to Dmik) but that's by the by, you shouldnt rely on another person to pay your bills (even if they owe you money), they should always go through you, that way everyone knows what's going on.

So now you know how Dmik feels about you "the nasty SoB" who scammed him. I think Grido made a very good outline of how mature individuals should handle each other in an adult and respectful fashion. Most likely though the problem in this situation is that none of the people (Junior, Dmik, and redneck) are mature respectful adults.

This is a good example of why it might not be a bad idea to have a real life age tag on accounts of children. For example, what if redneck tries to get out of paying by saying his mom won't let him make online payments (essentially what he said already). Can a 12-15 year old be held financially responsible for acting immaturely and entering into a contract?

Having interacted with all three of these characters I wouldn't expect a satisfactory outcome since none of them have exhibited a basic level of adult maturity (Although it has been a year since I interacted with Junior and he is probably 16 or so now).

I'm sry to say redneck this is all on you. In both canadian and amarican law you are found guilty. If you are found guilty of such then you can start a trial against junior requesting payment. Though in eiather case you are lossing the rusty to Dmik King. This is why I never make deals on exspected cash flow. Try settle this outside of court it will likely be better for the both of you. Also is this case dropped the last post was in Aug its nearly been inactive for 2 months.

I did nothing wrong and had redneck taken me to court (which i hoped because then i would win) i could have proven that.

Now its redneck's fault for having created a trade with my presumed payment. Like i said before i did nothing wrong nor was i "late" with my payment, because after all this time i have been within the confined lines of the deal i made with redneck.

Its pretty clear to me Redneck you have screwed Dmik over. Even if you give his Drach back, it will have lost (i think) 40% + 40% of its age AND you will have broken the original trade agreement AND you will have broken the subsequent agreement to pay 1 silver for each late day of payment. So you will basically have taken a Drach on a non-agreed loan until you got paid and then given it back with no additional value - this is theft really.

That being said, even though you have stated you are giving his Drach back, here and on your own public log - he still doesn't have it.

Because a large amount of people believe you are guilty until proven innocent. Unless you prove your innocence, your name will be mentioned. You could of course decide not to care, but then you should refrain from stating that you can prove your innocence, but don't feel like actually doing it. Either way is fine by me, but what you're doing now is just silly. Note that I'm not defending nor refuting the concept of 'guilty until proven innocent'. It just exists and there are two valid strategies to deal with it.

From whats here it is evident that Juni0r is Innocent. He would only be found guilty on completely different terms which would be redneck Vs. Juni0r which we may see in the future if redneck is found guilty which seems like a reality once again based on the described evidence. It was a verbal agreement and runs the correct lines of a contract.
1. If the contract is completed both people benefit.
2. Not a contract describing illegal method.
3. Both people understood the terms of the contract.

Redneck will have to return the drakhorn and pay some sort of compensation for the loses. Its not anymore simple then that and likely mur would come to the same resolution (im not saying mur says so im just giving opinion). Then redneck may run a runup trial against Juni0r to pay the equal sum of losses to redneck minus the drakhorn because it was part of an unfulfilled agreement. Though I cant comment on that anymore as it has not been initiated and no evidence has been submitted to support or refute that claim.
