They will be invited into SoE for this Trial Period. During this they will be made to do two main tasks 1. Write a paper - This can involve anything, the applicant can choose the subject. 2. Plan an event - This does not necessarily have to be carried out, But the planning and idea of an event is nesscary to show the creative side of the individual. The first is necessary. The second can however be changed based on what the applicant wishs. This will be discussed on a person by person basis. During the time in SoE, The applicant must not invite anyone.
