i have recently reset and it didnt re appear.

Also, if you have the item in the shop because you already bought it, you need to buy it before you reset or it will appear again. Doubt this will be fixed as those accounts with it after they have already bought it are "bugged" accounts, which will never happen assuming that the item doesnt re appear.
