    I think they should definently be easier to get.
    I might be wrong...
    But there is 12 different ones, and they cannot be traded after they morph into something.
    So putting one or two in the deepest part of mdshop doing Christmas. is not really doing that much.of a difference.
    They will still become rare a bit after christmas, until the next christmas. (Unless people just decide to never morph them)
    And then people will hopefully try to get all of the different ones, and not just hoard them because they are rare.

    Okey I can understand that.
    But if he uses the % for the whole time I would have a very hard time even getting any gifts next year if I log on everyday...
    And I am not going to do that even if I had the time...

    But oh well I hope there wasnt anything important in my presents... ^_^

    To be honest Im not really playing this game a lot anymore, and I have not been playing it for a long time because of computer trouble.
    But I have a question about the gifts for christmas.
    Im getting this error when trying to open the first present:

    Error: SyntaxError
    Err description: undefined
    Err number: undefined
    Err message: missing ; before statement

    Ajax response:

    You do not meet the requirements for receiving a gift this year.



    So my question here is if I just dont meet the requiements (I find the error pretty weird).
    And I didnt think I would get to be one of those that was not allowed to open it.

    I believe the info needed to determine if I meet the requiremeents are my activity days (I might be wrong), so here they are:
    Activity days: 69% (A total of 475 out of 690 days)

    Please dont be angry if it ha already been answered many times, I couldnt find anything about it, and I am not actively looking on the forums anymore when not needed...

    Sorry I have never actually noticed the ID was in the top of messages, I didnt really think I had a way to check it.
    I really do hope you get your creature back without any age penalty due to the fact it seems you had nothing to due with the scam.

    Edit: If there is another way to check ID I would like to know it, if it isnt a spoiler.

    I dont think any player can actually ever be completely neutral, the only one who in my eyes could be neutral is Mur, he has nothing to get (He has everything if he wants to), the only thing he gets out of things like his is apperently amusement. :P

    Yeah but not in the same way as a player, he would be very hard to (I dont remember the word on english) to just hand over a drach under the table to.
    He might not be completely neutral but he is the closest.
    Not saying that others wouldnt be, but there has to appear doubt at some point if people disagree with the decision, and then the trust in the way the court should work disapears.
    But again thats my opinion, you are free to have one yourself. ;)

    His reputation was big part of the deal, because i doubt Jaco would send his item first to a new player that promises a drach for them. Giving out that partial ctc as proof, clears jaco of the "stupid greed" reason because he had proof granos has the drach to trade. There is nothing more he could have done to ensure a fair trade.

    I am waiting for a reaction from granos and a confirmation of official pursuit of this matter from jaco confirming he wishes to escalate this, since i never got a complain about it (unless its lost in my endless pms).

    What types of things can be brought to trial?
    From personal argues between players to more important situations. Creature theft, abuse, rule breaking, anything. Only important issues will be allowed to get to trial because my time is limited. At each trial i can select a group of people to vote, the selection will be as neutral as i can and i will not listen to your suggestions for the jury. I will try to select each time different people so that there wont be a "jury" profession.

My words here and now should remain as a guidence of what this was ment to be for later times when power will be tempting for the future judges. Where is power there is corruption.

    You could say that its stupid of me that I have been here over 300 days and didnt know that I couldnt trust him, but I am not the most active all the time. Think about how many of you actually have had conversation with me that was not trade related, I am pretty sure i can be countet on one maybe two hands.
    So in that sense I am still new in the game.
    Mosly because I didnt even talk in chat the first 150 days or so. But I sill enjoy the game playing it at my speed, and having the conversations I wanna have. (thats what I really like in this game)

    I can fully understand what you mean, and I can understand giving away items for free if it fits the role, but giving that I have been playing over 300 days, and this is was the first item I have ever gotten from Mur.
    My first tought was to keep it forever but due to the fact that I really couldnt find a use for it made me realise that it would be stupid to hoard it.

    But when I kept it and declined every offer I got offers around 150 silver (Cannot remember the exact amount) And knowing I could get that I would really not give it away for free...

    And honestly who would say no to a chance to get a drach when you are going for having 1 of each creaure. and the prices for creatures keeps rising, so mostly veterans have a chance to get those rare creaures. So why not use the litle luck I got.

    I was perfecly ready of be a enemy of golemus for selling it, but that is just a part of my role, I actually hoped that someone from loreroot or necrovion bught it to make some reactions against me.

    But really giving away such iems... I just couldnt do it... How would you feel giving away your first drach you ever got a little while after you go it...
    If you would feel good then give me a drach and I will never complain again. Not everyone have the items and creatures to just be on a gift spree when they get something.
