I have 109 AP, but when I want to move on, the system keeps telling me that I have insufficient action points. Seems to me this is incorrect. (I am sorry, but when I was a newbie my questions were always answered with "that would be a spoiler", so I really don't understand much of this stuff.) I do know that I have been here before with less AP and never encountered any problems. But you are of course right, because I can go on now.
