This morning, regularly clicking the Live Help Button as I usually do to see where the LHO's have situated themselves, I found that instead of listing Lightsage's location it listed """.

So tell me -- If not in this way, how is a newbie supposed to stalk Lightsage?

The location in question is the armory interior. As I was the only LHO online, I idled there instead of logging off (some actual issues with the system there). I took a little longer than I expected but it's still beter than there being no possibility to send help requests.

Yeah, it only shows up there if the scene the LHO is in has a proper title to it.

What browser are you using though? Cos the text is a good bit higher than it ought to be.
