No. As tempting as an independent tool would be if I were to get one, I would just as soon sell it. The only wrinkle would be if it were unavailable to the general public (ie. water bucket, axe, stone detector, bone thing? etc.), then I would have to give more consideration to who it went to.

Yes. I would work for it doing/participating quests, paying with a WP, doing community service.. keyword here is... WORK

No, because I believe the tools were intended to be shared. It's a little annoying that certain tools aren't accessible to me, but I don't mind being forced to trade with others to get what I want.

Saying I do not want one if it was offered to me would be a lie, but I'm not sure I would go out of my way to get one.

I would - IF a new (my) resource would be implemented and the use (which would be great) for it - otherwise in the current situation there is no need because there is no use.

Yes. Its a hassle running around for items every week.
