Did you follow the process of talking to people?

A long time ago, I saw this idle player but alive
Like Syrian idle appeared but active and talking.
Me, this is my second time

its been around for a while, it comes up again from time to time, i'd be very surprised if it wasnt already known before this

It is an idling related bug yes? The bug wasnt reported following the guidelines and a comment of "title explains all" isnt really helpful.

I did speak to people and they confirmed that I wasn't the only one seeing this bug. What other details do you require?

It would be good to have some words to accompany the screenshot stating how to be and other such information. While a screenshot, and I thank you for providing one,  is worth many more words it only captures an instant in time.

 

What happened up to this point? Was EE talking in chat while it showed him as idle, had he just idled, was he just going to idle?

No, he was not idle and I do not recall him intending to idle (it happened quite a while back, the details are blurry).

 

He was talking in chat just fine.

 

You can see this in the screenshot.

Sadly since we dont know the events leading up to this (guessing isnt helpful) then I cant do much about this.

 

Will move unless anyone else has more concrete information.
