I use the wiki for just about anything and everything, much like the archives, the forum or any other source I can find on whatever it is I'm looking for. I can't say I always find the info I'm looking for, because sometimes it's not even addressed anywhere (or I'm looking in the wrong places for it), but it is a handy tool/reference.

I do use it, it's handy for some things. It would be much more useful mechanics wise if MD didn't exercise tight leash on spoilers. Finding out about roles ain't much helpful since it's outdated. However wikia is nice reference for basic stuff, but that's where it ends. Wikia should be unrestrained knowledge hub, due to spoilers policy that's impossible.

There used to be one full of spoilers, but it got "fixed".

The wiki had info on pretty much all creatures, scenes, mechanics and stuffs before chewie got it, and then we made it again from scratch to contain as muhc info as possible without giving away too much of the experience.

A complete wiki is like a walkthrough for a game that takes 2-3 years to complete normally. Would you really want that?

I don't use the wiki much because it rarely contains the information I'm looking for. And it's not easy to browse.
 
I want to (and as an Archivist, really should) edit the wiki more, but I can't get past my thoughts that Wikia has taken MediaWiki and crippled it by removing or hiding many of its features. For instance, why does  only two results?
 
Okay, so Wikia's MediaWiki installation is a bit quirky but it's not as crippled as I thought.  Those links on http://magicduel.wikia.com/wiki/Special:AllPages are to index pages! And http://magicduel.wikia.com/wiki/Special:RecentChanges?days=365&limit=500 will give you all the changes in the past year. Not many, are there?
 
Let's change that.

I was considering setting up a mediawiki rather than using wikia, because Iv set up my own mediawiki recently and I am happy using it and not wikia's stupid format. Although I like and dislike the fact its not hosted by us in that, our server goes down and its still up, but the data there is not ours, and not on our server so...

 

I plan to use wikia more, in that I want to put more combat information so people can update it easily there. But thats for later after iv discussed this more.

Crazy Sidekick
I have obtained a crazy sidekick, Rophs, he is working with me on some things, If he asks you to help for the wookie he is working with me on a project and we need your help. I was trying to get things done via other means and outsourcing the work but sadly it appears Im going to need to work with Rophs and direct things much closer.
