Hm..took me a while to recheck this..it depends on which country you are in I assume. When I posted this I was in china, and the pages seems to have been blocked by the chinese government (why would they do that actually?), here in germany it works.

Are you using IE or FF?

IE7 v7.0.5730.11 & XP Pro SP3

I noticed that when I use IE I do not have to vote for certain pages even if on FF it is required. Try FF and see if you have the voting buttons.
