Hi all, @Blackshade Rider is busy so wasnt able to answer.

Im sending a christmas card out and am not familure with US addresses, can someone help me put this bit this address on the correct lines and stuff?

Edit: Removed image and address.

Do I need a Postcode: prefix thing on the number at the end?
