Comments On Self Page doesn't fit window

Many of my papers fit side-to-side in the window provided when clicked.  Most have vertical scroll bars along the right-hand edge.

However, my "comments on self" page is too wide to fit in the window.  The right-hand edge is clipped off, and conceals the vertical scroll bar.

It takes some experimentation to find that you can scroll using mouse click and hold, in both directions, exposing the vertical scroll bar.  There is no horizontal scroll bar, even at the bottom of the page.

Note: I probably pasted a word doc into the existing editor, but there is no way to set document width that I see in the editor.
