Player name not shown when *acting* drunk

I doubt this is intended, and it's the first time I noticed it so it may or may not have changed recently....

If you are drunk and use *__* to designate action, there is no name associated with the garbled action statement that comes out.  So acting drunk = ghostly.

I guess I would have expected either the name to be garbled too, or be shown cleanly outside the action statement.
